When a retailer, marketplace or regulator asks you to prove a claim, someone rebuilds it by hand. One trail, from component to passport

Each step keeps its own record and links back to the one before it. When a buyer asks where a number came from, you can show them.

    Record it once, at the source

    Fibre type and mass %, country of origin, recycled content, and certificates with valid-from and expiry dates, all on the fabric or trim. You can import material rows from a spreadsheet.

  2. 2Style

    See what the garment is made of

    Each bill-of-materials line holds its fibre breakdown and fabric weight. The style’s Certificates tab lists its own certificates and those of every component on its BOM.

  3. 3Order

    Carry the plan to the factory

    Raising an order copies the style’s materials and packaging, and each row stays linked to the planned row it came from. The purchase order PDF can carry the sustainability lines.

  4. 4Supplier

    Let the factory enter the actuals

    In the Supplier Portal, your supplier enters the actual fibre, origin, recycled content, mill, fabric weight, lot and transaction certificate. They add packaging and carbon inputs too, or submit the whole order as planned.

  5. 5Review

    Accept or send it back

    Accept line by line or all at once, or return a line with a note the supplier can see. Fibre must add up to 99–101% before you can accept it. The style plan is never overwritten.

  6. 6Passport

    Publish when it is complete

    Accepted fibre origin and order carbon can show on the passport. You can’t publish until the product ID, materials, origin and an economic operator are all in.

Supplier actuals

Your suppliers supply the facts. You approve them.

The factory that bought the fabric enters the actuals in the Supplier Portal, against the line they were planned on. Nothing arrives as a PDF for someone to retype. You see plan and actual side by side, and you get an in-app notification when a submission lands.

Identity, operators, materials, substances, supply chain, certificates, carbon, circularity and documents sit together in one passport on the style. It shows exactly which fields are stopping you from publishing. Publishing saves a snapshot your other systems can read.

Certificates sit on the component, style, order or packaging they cover. Each one reads Valid, Due within 60 days or Expired. A daily in-app reminder flags certificates as they come due, so nothing lapses mid-season.

A carbon figure you can show the working for

Product Carbon adds up materials, manufacturing, freight and packaging for each order. Suppliers enter manufacturing and freight distance, and you manage the emission factors. Every calculation keeps the name, value and version of each factor it used, so last season’s number can still be explained.

What does it cover?

Do our suppliers need another system?

No. They enter actuals, packaging, carbon inputs and certificates in the Supplier Portal, the same place they already see your orders, styles and messages.

Will accepting factory figures change the style?

No. Actuals stay on the order and the style plan stays the plan. Accepted fibre origin and carbon can show on the passport.

Does publishing a passport file it with a regulator?

No. Publishing creates a complete snapshot from your product data, including an EU digital product passport identifier if you have recorded one. Lodging that record with a registry stays with your team.

Does it lodge our APCO return?

No. Packaging Sustainability is your working file: weights by material, recycling label outcomes, and a plastic recovery rate you enter against your target.

Where do the carbon factors come from?

You manage them. Each order’s calculation stores the factor name, value and version it used, so a figure can be explained later even after the factors change.
