Groups on StyleChain

Portfolios that run several labels, licences or channels on the platform.

Brand Collective Retail Apparel Group Caprice Quiksilver Billabong Roxy

Built for the way groups are organised

Separate where brands need to be separate, shared where the group needs one view.

Multi-brand groups

Each brand runs on its own instance with its own database, its own configuration and its own supplier list. Single sign-on carries one login across the instances a person is allowed into.

Licensed apparel

A licence register holds every trademark, licensor, term and royalty condition against the styles produced under it, with expiry alerts before a licence comes up for renewal.

Global sourcing

Suppliers work in the supplier portal on the same orders, styles and approvals as your team, with chat, an activity feed, sustainability actuals and compliance submissions on the record. 3,500+ suppliers are connected today.

Wholesale and B2B

Buyers order in the customer portal with approval workflows, reorder with a diff of what changed, shopping lists and an asset library, all reading live style data.

Planning across the range

Sell-through, weeks of supply, velocity and markdown simulation are calculated from the order and sales data in the instance, by colour, size and channel.

Compliance and sustainability

Audits, certifications, claims, the digital product passport, product carbon and Australian packaging reporting sit on the style and order, with supplier actuals accepted or returned line by line.

Security and control

What IT, security and procurement teams ask for, and how it is set up.

Tenant isolation
One instance and one database per customer. A group's brands are isolated from each other the same way.
Identity
Email and password with multi-factor authentication, recovery codes and trusted devices, or your identity provider through single sign-on.
Permissions
Role-based access in every module, from design to finance. Suppliers and buyers see only the records shared with them.
History
Changes to styles, orders and records are kept with the user and time, including changes made through the API.
API accounts
Issued per customer during implementation, with IP allowlisting and a verified test call before go-live. Documentation goes to your IT contact.
Webhooks
Events such as a published product passport, accepted supplier actuals or updated packaging data can call your systems.
Integrations
Adobe Illustrator plugin, Shopify, Xero, NetSuite, B2B eCommerce and POS data, scoped in the second week of implementation.
Security review
Send your questionnaire and it comes back completed with an architecture summary. What the pack covers
Implementation

Six phases, six weeks, signed gates

The standard programme runs from kickoff to hypercare in six weeks. Each phase ends with a written sign-off, so nobody discovers in week five that the integration was never scoped.

  • ✓ Commercials, contacts and timeline approved in week one
  • ✓ Production and UAT instances provisioned, API verified, integrations scoped in week two
  • ✓ Configuration, a test style end to end and UAT sign-off by week four
  • ✓ Ten training modules, supplier portal training, go-live with a consultant on standby, then weekly hypercare

Common questions

What groups, licensors and IT teams ask before a demo.

Can each brand run separately?

Yes. Every brand runs on its own instance with its own database. Nothing is shared between tenants unless you choose to connect them.

Single sign-on?

Yes. Sign-in runs through the platform's cloud sign-in with multi-factor authentication, or through your identity provider, and the same session carries across the instances a person is allowed into.

Is there an API?

Yes. A REST API with per-customer accounts and IP allowlisting, plus webhooks. API writes are recorded in History.

How long does implementation take?

Six phases over six weeks is the standard. Integrations and data migration are scoped in week two and can extend the timeline. Each additional brand is provisioned as its own instance.

Can we run a security review first?

Yes. Send your questionnaire and it is returned completed with an architecture summary. Agreement, SLA terms and billing contacts are confirmed in week one.

Who do we deal with?

3 Clicks, the Australian apparel technology company that builds and supports StyleChain. An implementation team roster is shared at kickoff and a consultant is on standby for the first production day.
