Materials, supplier actuals, passports and APCO reporting in StyleChain

The big picture

Sustainability work in StyleChain sits on the same style and order you already use. The factory submits actuals in the Supplier Portal. The brand accepts or returns them on the order. Carbon, certificates and packaging stay linked to that record so a published passport and an APCO working file describe what was actually made.

This is a product update, not a regulatory filing. Publishing a passport does not lodge it with a registry. The packaging report does not submit an APCO return. For the EU Digital Product Passport timeline and data shape, see EU Digital Product Passport for Fashion: What Brands Need to Know and How PLM Software Helps.

Materials and supplier actuals

Composition is a structured row (name, type, mass, origin, recycled content, optional lot) instead of free text. Raising a normal order copies the style plan. The factory confirms what was used. Accepting stores those figures on the order; the style plan does not change.

Passport

Style → Passport shows materials, carbon and certificates. Choose an order when you want that order’s accepted carbon, fibre origin and recycled content. Publish matches the screen. Unpublish means it is no longer offered as published.

APCO reporting

Packaging Sustainability is the working file: weights by material, ARL and PREP outcomes, and a plastic recovery rate you enter against your target. StyleChain does not lodge the APCO return.
