In 2008, the company began a comprehensive review of their internal production process in collaboration with their management team. The implementation of 3 Clicks has proven to be an invaluable asset for the Designworks team, streamlining the management of their high volume of styles and orders, providing easy access to information for both internal and external stakeholders, and managing critical path efficiently. According to Natalia James, Administration Assistant of Designworks, the software's cloud-based functionality allowed her to work for a company in Melbourne but be based in a different state. She also appreciated the ease of access to data and reports for analysis.
