3 Clicks Cloud Platform Overview
3 Clicks Cloud (now also known as StyleChain) is a comprehensive cloud-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Information Management (PIM) platform purpose-built for the fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, and homeware industries. The platform manages the complete product lifecycle from initial design concept through production, compliance, and delivery — with real-time supplier collaboration across 30+ countries and 3,600+ active suppliers.
Style Library and Design Management
The Style Library serves as the centralised digital hub for all product development data. Each style record contains the complete product specification including style code, description, brand assignment, collection, season, category, sub-category, gender, and fabric type. The module supports unlimited custom fields for industry-specific data capture. Key capabilities include: Bill of Materials (BOM) management with hierarchical component relationships and supplier pricing; Points of Measure (POM) with grade rules across all sizes; Colourway management; Sample management and approval tracking; Adobe Illustrator plugin integration; File attachment system with version control; eCommerce-ready product data fields; Tech pack generation; and bulk import/export.
Order and Production Management
The Order module manages the complete production cycle from purchase order creation through delivery. Orders can be created individually or in bulk from collection plans. Each order tracks style specifications with colour and size quantity matrices, supplier assignment and purchase order generation, critical path milestones, sample requirements and approval workflows, lab test recording, specification sheet generation, and shipping coordination. Critical Path Tracking provides visual timeline monitoring with configurable templates and supplier self-service updates through the portal.
Multi-Type Costing Engine
Three specialised costing types: Retail Costing for RRP-based margin calculations, Import Costing for landed cost with international duties and freight, and Component Costing for single-component products. Multi-supplier quoting supports up to 10 suppliers per style with private negotiation threads, automatic currency conversion, licence and royalty calculations, and comprehensive audit trails.
Supplier Collaboration Portal
Free, unlimited access for factories and suppliers. No per-supplier licence fees. Supports English and Simplified Chinese. Suppliers can view and manage purchase orders, submit costing quotes, access tech packs, update critical path milestones, manage samples, respond to claims, view compliance records, and access a notification feed for all updates.
